This short film was made during the earlier years of MoonDanceYoga-SomaWorks. It offers a glimpse into the group classes, attentive exploration, and shared learning that shaped so much of my teaching.

The work has continued to evolve, but the questions remain familiar: How do we listen more closely? How do we move with less struggle? How do we make a little more room for ourselves?

Awareness Through Movement®
This video offers a glimpse of an Awareness Through Movement® lesson. It was made by Feldenkrais practitioner Lavinia Plonka and appeared on an earlier version of this site. It is retained here as a useful introduction to the gentle, exploratory character of an ATM class.
